1. Pevné karbidové tyče wolframu jsou lisované lisováním nebo vytlačováním.
2. Pevné karbidové tyče wolframu jsou slinovány nízkotlakou slinovací integrovanou pecí, takže celkový výkon je vysoký.
3. Hrubá kulatá tyč z karbidu wolframu a kobaltu nebo vnější průměr kulaté tyče může být zušlechtěna a leštěna podle jakékoli tolerance. Běžné tolerance jsou h5,h6, -0,005 atd. a zkosení konců karbidových tyčí lze také zpracovat.
4. Tvrdokovové tyče jsou vhodné pro zpracování obecné oceli, litiny, nerezové oceli, žáruvzdorné oceli, niklové báze a slitiny titanu. Doporučeno pro univerzální nástroje z tvrdokovu, jako jsou spirálové vrtáky, stopkové frézy, závitníky a pistolové vrtáky.

1.Tungsten carbide blanks production
